Introduction to Instanet Forms CD
Instanet Forms CD is the offline component of the Instanet Forms - Forms Management technologies. The CD will work by itself or in tandem with the Instanet Forms - Web-based Forms Management service to provide realtors with the tools they need to fill in, print, store and manage their forms.


Key Features
Each Instanet Forms CD contains a library of forms provided by your board/association. In addition, the user can:
Fill in forms
Fonts - Change text style and size for input fields
Additional stipulation/clause pages - Auto-created when stipulation/clause text in contracts does not fit in the space provided
Save forms - as internal data or flat .PDF files
Print forms
Edit - any internally saved form or imported Instanet Forms external form file
Populate from previously typed contracts - when preparing a contract you can select from all available forms a previously prepared contact which will auto-populate any common areas of the form. This provides the quick processing of contract-related forms
Clause Databases - there is a system and personal clause databases. If your board provides clauses they will reside in the system database. The personal is for use by the user to have their own custom clauses.
Create a Form Transaction - managing forms as a group and auto-filling in information common to the deal
Upload forms - forms created in the CD-based version can be sent to the optional Instanet Forms - Web-based Forms Management service
Import forms - forms created in Instanet Forms - Web-based Forms Management service can be emailed to a user's email address and then brought into the CD-based version.
Help system - The help system includes all troubleshooting tips and how to guides making it easier to utilize all of the functions and features of the program.
Company logos - The Instanet Forms CD Software allows the user to have his/her company logo displayed on all contracts for only $25.00.
Save forms on floppy - Users can now create/edit contracts directly from a diskette as well as from the hard drive. Contracts can easily be taken and loaded from one computer to another.
Transfer forms - from hard drive to floppy drive for transporting to a second system running Instanet Forms CD. The user can transfer the form back to the hard drive from the floppy on the second system.
Advanced clause sorting - Clauses can be sorted by the type of clause or by a clause title.
Advanced contact sorting - When selecting contacts they can be sorted by last name, broker or company name.
Contract description - This feature gives the option to have the program ask for a description of each contract or transaction.
Optional start up screen - Users can choose to have the program load and bypass the initial start up screen.
Form page select - When editing a contract with multiple pages a user may navigate to any page in the contract with the click of a button.
Calendar feature - Calendar control when selected will display a calendar window so the user can easily select a date to be inputted into the form.
Transaction function - Transaction manager auto-populates even more information when adding a contract to a transaction.
Print Multiple forms - at a 1 time within a transaction the user can select more than 1 form for printing.
Quick Start Groups - allows user to select commonly used forms and put them into one group. When the user adds forms to a transaction only the previously made group has to be selected saving the user selecting the individual forms every time..
Contact information - Contact information can now be auto-populated into a contract directly from your contact database from anywhere within the program.
Clause Transfer Utility - transfer clauses between the system and personal clause databases. For Multi-user and Network versions you can select any user account to access their personal clauses.


System Requirements
Instanet Forms CD requires at least:
 Windows 98/ME, Windows NT(SR5/6)/2000 or Windows XP.
 Pentium processor or faster.
 32 MB RAM or more.
 At least 150 MB Hard Disk space (board dependant).
 Internet Explorer 5.0 or Higher with 128-bit High Encryption.
 Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.

 NOTE: It is recommended that you only have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher installed on your system.
