Authentidate and United States Postal Service (USPS) Electronic Post Mark (EPM) provides TransactionDesk with secure on-line content authentication, time stamps and a trusted 3rd party audit trail to insure the legal integrity of on-line real estate contracts. "After exhaustive research in digital signature and time-stamping technologies we have concluded that the USPS EPM is the best solution available to secure and timestamp the contracts and data created and maintained within the TransactionDesk service. By incorporating the EPM into the TransactionDesk we know our users and clients will feel comfortable and secure knowing the US Postal service is guaranteeing the validity of the content of their on-line contracts and transactions," said Martin Scrocchi, CEO of CDM, Inc. "Together the EPM and the TransactionDesk service enables real estate professionals to manage a complete real estate transaction end to end, including negotiating interactive contracts on-line in one single application. We are also excited in the potential uses of the TransactionDesk service together with the EPM in other verticals."
