All support for the INSTANET FORMS service is provided by the INSTANET FORMS TECHNICAL SUPPORT team and is included as part of each member's monthly access fee.  Due to the mission critical nature of having to manage member's contract and form information technical support is available in several different ways:
 
On-line Live Support Chat
On-line Live Support Chat is available through our industry leading Tech-Chat service, which can be accessed, directly from our web-site.  The Tech-Chat service allows members to talk live to our on-line technicians through our INSTANET FORMS chat forum. Members can converse with technical support representatives or can read and monitor other member’s questions through the chat room.  Conversations can even be downloaded in a text file format for later use.

On-line Technical Support Requests
On-line Technical Support Requests can be made directly through the INSTANET FORMS service.  Members can fill out a technical support request form and a tech. support representative will respond to their query on a first come first served manner. Members that send technical support requests are emailed back a verification/response code to let them know that INSTANET FORMS has received their request and will be responding shortly.

On-line Live Remote Desktop Capture Support
On-line Live Remote Desktop Capture Support can be made directly through the INSTANET FORMS service.  Members can allow a technical support representative to virtually share the member’s desktop to make any changes required to the member’s system. The Remote Desktop Capture can only occur with the direct permission of the member and includes features such as an automated complete system registry backup prior to any support request.

Telephone and Email Support is available through our in-house support services. Members can contact a live technical support representative via phone between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST.
